Methods of Payment

Orders placed are dispatched usually within 24 hours when paid via Visa, Laser or Mastercard. Please allow 6 working days for dispatch when consignments are paid via cheque.

Note 1

While we endeavour to keep sufficient stock quantities at all time, delays may occur during peak times. However items in stock will be dispatched and the remainder of the order will be dispatched within 28days with no extra delivery costs. We will of course notify you at time order is placed of any such expected delays. However items ordered specially will be charged in full including delivery charges.

Note 2

We use a next day delivery courier service & will therefore require a full delivery address & contact name & contact number. It is also necessary for a signatory to be available to accept the consignment at the given address only. Additional charges may be incurred by the courier services for additional delivery attempts or they may require you to collect from their local depo when a signatory is unavailable.

If there is nobody available to accept the consignment please revise the delivery address at the time the order is placed to a location where a signatory will be available to accept the consignment on your behalf to avoid any undue delay or additional charges.

Returns

Goods supplied from our online site may be returned, at the sole responsibility of the sender, for a full refund (less postage) on items that are un-soiled and in the same packaging and condition as they were despatched, if returned within 14days of receipt of sale. Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry: Health & Safety Act 1972.

Exchanges

Faulty goods returned for exchange will not be subject to return postal charges. Goods to be exchanged on account of incorrect sizes ordered will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged in transit, must be noted on receipt of such goods and noted on the consignment documents. Faulty goods must be returned for our inspection, with replacement goods only issued upon such receipt.

Pricing

We endeavour to maintain accurate prices on our website, however this may not always be possible, due to reasons beyond our control, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any item or change prices when necessary. Also any special offers available in store will also be available to on-line purchasers, who will be made aware of them at the time of placing order, if such offers have not been uploaded to website. All items are inclusive of VAT @21.5% where applicable.
